How To Lose Weight Using A Cheap Diet Plan

When it comes to losing weight it involves two parts and that is maintaining a proper diet and exercising. Not because you are exercising more to lose weight that doesn’t mean that you can eat whatever you want. It doesn’t work that way, you will be able to maintain a cheap or free diet plan to balance the two. Please note that it doesn’t matter how much exercising you do, if you don’t eat right it won’t work, you might be eating more than what you’re burning off and that will cause you to gain fat rather than losing it.

So it’s very important to combine the two cardio program with a good nutrition diet. In order to lose weight you need to stick to your diet plan. Many people frequently ask if they could skip the cardio because they are on a really good nutrition diet. The answer is NO way! You really need to do cardio on a daily basis if you want to maintain your current weight. If you want to keep your body healthy, inside and out, well cardio is one of the most important exercises to do.

Eating less doesn’t mean it will lead to hunger and deprivation! For many reasons most people often fail in reach their weight loss goals not because of eating too much but because of not eat enough! If you get hungry too quickly after having a meal then you are doing something very wrong. But if you crave for your favorite foods, well that’s very normal. I will tell you how to handle cravings later.

The easiest and fastest way to lose weight is by eating your calories instead of drinking them. This is a simple tip that will help you to lose 5 pounds a month or even more without making any changes to your nutrition diet. Although, you will gain weight if you eat too much calories your body really need it to function because calories give you energy.

There are several different nutritional methods for weight loss and most of them really work, but only for a short term. However, where it differs, it depends on how healthy they are and if you will get a long term results or not. Remember, it’s so easy to gain weight than actually losing it.

Stop Drinking Your Calories Eat Them

Most people don’t realize that you can put on more weight just by drinking calories. So it’s much better to eat your calories than drinking it if you are trying to lose weight. I have explain it in more details so that you know how important it is eat calories instead of drinking it…..

Let me begin by telling you the easiest way to lose fat – stop drinking your calories! By making one simple little change, you will be able to lose fat fast. The fact is, when you drink calories in the liquid form, you won’t achieve the same fullness like when you consume calories in the solid food form.
For example: “Fruit juices”. Most Americans like to drink a glass of orange juice with their breakfast in the mornings. The 24oz glass of orange juice contains 330 calories and although I love drinking a glass of orange juice every morning it’s not a healthy habit.

Can you imagine how many fresh oranges you will have to eat to consume that amount of calories? I would say about ten! I can’t think of anybody who can eat 10 oranges at a given time, think about it, your jaws would basically cramp up from all that chewing! Yes that’s impossible but we can easily eat at least two oranges.

Well, this is a good illustration of the reason why you shouldn’t drink your calories. When you eat fresh fruit you are only consuming 140 calories and so instead of drinking orange juice eat an orange. And even if you juice the oranges yourself you still will not get all the nutriments it has to offer like when you eat it whole. Just by making that simple substitution at breakfast every day you’ll lose 4.5lbs of fat per month.

Let explain why eating your calories is much better than drinking them. Firstly, it takes a longer time to eat calories than to drink them. The main reason why it’s so important is because your body has a specific mechanism that will tell your brain when you are full and it only takes 10 minutes for your stomach to inform your brain to turn off that conveyer belt that control your mouth. However, because drinking is much faster that eating your brain cant react as fast to shut it off in time. And on the other hand our bodies weren’t designed for such high calorie beverages.

Another good reason why we should eat calories than drinking them is **fiber**. Fiber is good for you because it actually full up your stomach without even adding any calories. Juices usually don’t contain fiber at all. Therefore, even if there is “lots of pulp” in the orange juice that contains only a small portion of what you would be getting by eating a fresh orange. So when you eat your brain gets the message that you are full quicker and drinking has no bulk so it takes a longer time to get the message to the brain.

The worst thing about drinking calories is that you are not thinking about them because they are like hidden calories but it’s important that you know that drinking calories are just as important as well as eating them. So if you put two spoons of sugar in your coffee you just drank 70 calories just like that.
I am not so sure that diet sodas is even good for you but one thing I do know is that it’s possible that it might increase your appetite for craving sweets and that will indirectly cause you to gain weight as simple as that. Although, low fat milk is healthy you can’t drink it as a beverage if you are thirsty and remember that the same thing applies (don’t drink your calories eat them!).

Hi guys did you know that water play an important role in weight loss? Well I have done some research and I have listed some tips.

I know that this might sound like a myth but water plays a vital role in weight loss? Before I started my weight loss journey I hardly ever drink water I would rather drink some fruit if I get thirsty. These tips are for people who find it quite difficult to get in their eight glasses of water each day. Everybody should consume at least eight 8ounce glasses of water each day whether you are trying to lose weight or not. Below are some tips to help you accomplish your goal! Go here for more tips
1. Always carry a bottle of water in your bag or pocket book when traveling.
2. Have a glass of water at every transitional point of the day: when you first get up and before you leave the house.
3. Drink 8 ounce of water at every hour of the day.
4. If you are drinking any type of juice whether it’s (apple, grape, or orange) fill half the glass with water.
5. Don’t throw away the 16-ounce plastic water bottles that you bought at the store keep it on your desk and keep sipping it until the bottle is empty.
6. Drink an 8-ounce glass of water after every trip to the bathroomit will replenish your system.
7. Drink an 8ounce glass of water before and after every meal.
8. Instead of drinking a glass of sugary beverages drink some ice cold water, ice tea or a cup of coffee.
9. Using a straw – you tend to take bigger gulps than a sip and you will get down much more than just a sip.
10. When you are taking more than one tablet instead of taking them all at once take them one at a time that way you will take in enough water by the time you are done.
11. If you are eating something that contains 10grams of fat, drink 20 ounce of water.
12. Try drinking two glasses of ice cold water immediately when you get up in morning.
13. Full a 2-liter bottle with water and don’t stop drinking until it’s empty that way you can keep track of how much water you get each day.
Remember your body won’t function properly if it doesn’t get enough water each day! And not to mention your weight loss goal!
