How Water Can Be Helpful To Weight Loss

Hi guys did you know that water play an important role in weight loss? Well I have done some research and I have listed some tips.

I know that this might sound like a myth but water plays a vital role in weight loss? Before I started my weight loss journey I hardly ever drink water I would rather drink some fruit if I get thirsty. These tips are for people who find it quite difficult to get in their eight glasses of water each day. Everybody should consume at least eight 8ounce glasses of water each day whether you are trying to lose weight or not. Below are some tips to help you accomplish your goal! Go here for more tips
1. Always carry a bottle of water in your bag or pocket book when traveling.
2. Have a glass of water at every transitional point of the day: when you first get up and before you leave the house.
3. Drink 8 ounce of water at every hour of the day.
4. If you are drinking any type of juice whether it’s (apple, grape, or orange) fill half the glass with water.
5. Don’t throw away the 16-ounce plastic water bottles that you bought at the store keep it on your desk and keep sipping it until the bottle is empty.
6. Drink an 8-ounce glass of water after every trip to the bathroomit will replenish your system.
7. Drink an 8ounce glass of water before and after every meal.
8. Instead of drinking a glass of sugary beverages drink some ice cold water, ice tea or a cup of coffee.
9. Using a straw – you tend to take bigger gulps than a sip and you will get down much more than just a sip.
10. When you are taking more than one tablet instead of taking them all at once take them one at a time that way you will take in enough water by the time you are done.
11. If you are eating something that contains 10grams of fat, drink 20 ounce of water.
12. Try drinking two glasses of ice cold water immediately when you get up in morning.
13. Full a 2-liter bottle with water and don’t stop drinking until it’s empty that way you can keep track of how much water you get each day.
Remember your body won’t function properly if it doesn’t get enough water each day! And not to mention your weight loss goal!
