These are some tips for the ones that
are not use to drinking water often like me. Personally, I think the hardest
part of the food lovers program for me is the water drinking. First of all I
never use to drink water this often so its kind a difficult for me to consume
so much water. But because I want to lose weight I am planning on doing
whatever it takes to lose weight.
Well, I did some research about water,
I have listed about 10 good strategies below that you can try to get use to
drinking 12 glass of water each day. I have personally tried most of them and
it worked every time. Maybe you can give it try too and tell me what you think?
1.
To maximize the amount of water you intake for most of the day you could make a
bet with a co-worker to see who can drink more water in the course of a day.
2. Have a big glass of water at every transitional point of the day: when you first get up, just before leaving the house, when you sit down to work, etc.
3. Keep one of those 16onces plastic water bottles that are sold at the store on your desk and take a sip until it’s finished.
4. Another thing that you can do is when you are drinking any type of juice whether it’s (apple, grape, or orange) fill half the glass with water.
5. Drinking water will suppress the craving for junk-food. If that should happen just drink a glass of water immediately. At least you know that you avoid the amount of calories that you might have consumed if you bought junk food.
6. Drinking a glass of water every hour while at work. By the time work is done you have already reached your quota.
