***Super Weight Loss Tips***



There are several ways in which you can do to reach your weight loss goal and keep it off. What if I told you that eating more can boost your metabolism and that will cause you to lose weight. This is not a diet but it is just a food plan put together in order to help you to lose weight fast.
*Ways to speed up your metabolism*              
In order to reach your weight loss goal all you need to do is speed up your metabolism by charging your eating habits and eat foods that will not slow your metabolism down. Foods such as: ice cream, burger, cheese and white rice etc.. will only slow down your metabolism to a point where your body will store your calories intake as fat. So you are going to start watching the food you eat and drink in order to keep your body in fat burning mode.
*Eating healthier *
Eating healthy is another effective way to lose weight. When I say eating healthy it doesn’t necessarily means that you should eat low fat meals alone like greens, fruits and vegetables, it simple means you must also start eating the right combination of these three main food groups: 
  •  Protein                                          
  •  Fast carbs
  •  Slow carbs
The combinations of these three main food groups will help you to stay lean and most importantly to keep the weight off.
*Why many traditional diets don’t work*
I know this might sound ridiculous but it’s a true fact. With most traditional diets often start out by eating less and watching your calorie intake. That simply means that you are required to cut down on your food intake and start counting your calories. When you start a diet your body thinks that you are starving so instead of burning your calories intake into energy instead it start storing the calories as fat. Although, you are practically eating next to nothing your body WILL NOT lose weight but instead it began storing it as fat.
*Cardio and resistance training Exercises*
As we all know that without exercising you will not be able to lose weight fast and safe. Most people see exercising as a burden and they often can’t find the time to do it and they think of exercising as 1 hour workout but that’s not entirely true the least time in which you can get an effective exercise is just 12 minutes every other day.
Most cardio exercises help you firm up your abdomen and muscle tissues and nothing else. However, the resistance training exercise is responsible for 95% of the fat we are trying to lose and a whole lot more. I am not only talking about doing a thousand sit ups all day.  This exercise does everything such as:
  •  Increase lean muscles
  •  It’s entire body work-out
  •  Boost your metabolism
  •  Firming up your entire body
  •  Build more muscle tissues
