**6 Weight Loss Tips That Works**


Well, I realize that many people still don’t believe that you can really eat more to lose weight. In this article I have outline the some of the best tips that should help you to achieving your weight loss goal. I have done it and so can you, within a month I went from 144 pounds to 128 pounds in just 21 days can you believe it! I know it’s not much but it’s a big encouragement for me to work even harder to lose more.
I am sure that you are excited to learn what I have discovered so let’s get started. Below I have given you some of the best ways in which to lose weight fast. And if you follow all my tips you’ll be surprise to see how much you will lose in just 21 days. 

1)*Chose a Cheat Day*. This method is basically a very good idea if you feed your body excess calories, it should shock it into boosting up your metabolism in high gear. Although, it’s not successfully proven as yet, but many people have reported that it actually worked. Anyway, if in case you decide to try *the cheat meal method* it may be the best choice you have ever made. Just remember to only eat a moderate amount and you should be fine.

2)*Eating More often*. All this simply means is that you’re going to be eating the same amount as you did before, but you’re only eating smaller amount but more frequently. This method is actually proven to work but you have to remember not to let 3 hours past without eating something. Otherwise, your body will go into an uncontrollable hunger. This will only work if you start eating snacks between each meal during the course of the day so that your body doesn’t feel like it needs to hold on to any extra calories. Therefore, you should start eating every 2 to 3 hours apart NOT once or twice per week but every day.

3)*Calories Counters*. This one is for those who rather count how much calories they consumed each day. Well, this is basically how it works, you are going to eat only 200 more calories today than you usually eat, then you’ll eat 200 less calories than you generally eat the next day, but the thing is you have to continuously use this pattern. The only down side with this method is that you have to stay on track with the calorie counting or else it won’t work. I believe calorie counting is not as effective as the rest.
Exercise routine:

4)*Exercising more is the key*. If you started doing 30 minutes per day, for let’s say four days out of the week, then you should probably try 35 minutes per day for five days per week that means you are gradually adding 5 more minutes per day and you also get 2 days off. In case you have now reached your desired goal and you want to maintain that weight then you’ll just need to start doing more to burn extra calories now that you’re a lot smaller, just remember that it’s the price to pay for purchasing those sexy outfits you have been longing to wear.

5)*Changing up your exercising times*. If you normally exercise late in the afternoon after work, try exercising early in the morning before work, or better yet wait until after the sun sets that’s a very good time to work out. This method will help to confuse your body into working overtime. Remember that you can sip water every 20 minutes during exercises and 1 to 2 hours after a meal

6)*Do a different exercise each day*. If you use to doing running or brisk walking on the treadmill instead go play some tennis with your friends, or do some aerobics exercise at home. Do something new to get out of your daily routine. I can’t emphasize enough how important strength training is for your body. Muscle building is the key for long term weight loss. So for the best results try using those weight machines at the gym and also buy yourself a pair of dumbbells so that you can do the exercises at home as often as you can. And ladies, don’t be afraid of building some muscles you won’t look bulky like those men who you see it at the gyms.
